We’re excited to announce we have a brand new project starting in just a few weeks! We’ve recently received an order from a local politician who was interested in a house from Astra Construction. The customer is in the process of reviewing the design, and once he gives the ok, construction of the unique property will get underway! What’s so unique about it? Aside from the home being a completely custom design, it has everything the family could ever ask for. Once they reached out to us, we quickly went to work on identifying their specific wants and needs and it didn’t take long for their dream home to start to take shape. In a short time, we prepared a floor plan and presented it to the excited family.

The client chose a beautiful community in the city of Auburn after procuring a piece of land there. Currently, our customer resides in a two-floor house, which isn’t ideal for their living situation, so we made the new property all one floor, which houses all the necessities. 

Once everything is finalized and ready to rock, this is what the final design will look like. It’s a 5-bedroom home with 6 bathrooms, all enclosed. The lovely lady of the house has a hidden talent when it comes to the culinary arts, driven by a passion for cooking. Because of this, we made sure to equip the house with a massive modern kitchen, complete with all the bells and whistles, including a giant walk-in pantry and spacious dining room. The master bedroom is designed with a fully serviced walk-in closet and its own master bathroom. 

The 5100 sq-ft property gives the house a ton of usable outdoor spaces with the option of a beautiful garden, 4 car garage, porch, and/or swimming pool for optimal relaxation. Also boasting impressively large closets and a spacious lobby, the design also includes an open lounge that is directly linked to the dining room, which is also connected to the kitchen. As per our customer’s request, we designed this home using only environmentally friendly options with the provision of solar panels. Since our customer is a politician by trade, it was clear to us that he needed a personal workspace for when he’s home, so we included a home office in the design.  We can’t wait to get this project started and see the happy look on our customer’s faces when we hand the keys over to their dream home.
