What services do you provide?
We provide a whole range of services such as custom residential home construction, real estate development, and commercial real estate. All of our real estate services include buying, selling, research, and consultation. We also do all types of remodeling, landscaping, design, and architecture. No matter what your real estate needs are, we can do it. We have a lot of experience and a dedicated team who are ready to tackle any challenge.

Does the home come with a warranty?
Yes, it does! We provide a comprehensive 1-10 year warranty to offer peace of mind and back up our work.
How long will it take to build my home?
Generally, it takes less than a year. From the time of breaking ground until final completion, it may take as little as 7-12 months. We build efficiently, allowing us to move as fast as possible without compromising the quality. With that said, some factors cannot be controlled, and these same factors could lead to delays in the building process. Things like extreme weather, or shipping delays.
How do I pick the materials for my custom home?
The design process is the best part of the whole project!
Our world-class design team is well known in creating unique, state of the art projects. We will work with you to determine your design objectives and will advise on the best way to attain them within budget to ensure you get the most value for your money. We provide an updated material list based on latest trends and time-tested products and will work with clients on custom orders.
Can I Request Upgrades Once Building Starts?
Yes. Customers decide to change things all the time, it’s a natural part of the process and we are quite accustomed to it. Whether you want to change the color of the walls or upgrade to a higher-quality granite, we are ready to make it happen. The process is called “change order“. Of course, this can raise the price, especially if you upgrade to more expensive materials or approve something that takes more time to build, such as an outside kitchen for instance, but the process itself is simple and routine. When it comes to price or time change due to more complex work or more expensive materials you will be given the exact price tag before you approve it.
Do all decisions need to be finalized before construction begins?
All structural decisions should be made before the construction begins, such as how many floors the house will have, layout, elevation, architectural style, square footage, etc. Most changes our customers request are usually related to changing materials. We believe in transparency, so we work to clarify all expectations ahead of time to all parties in the form of contracts. We will work to accommodate client ideas and requests.
Do I need to find land myself, or do you help acquire land?
Some of our customers have purchased their own land and some are still on the hunt for their piece of property. We have experienced and friendly real estate agents who are 100% dedicated to helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. They will recommend and explain why they find particular land suitable, thus making the process of choosing and purchasing land a piece of cake!
Can you make my home energy efficient?
Absolutely! Our homes are over-engineered for energy efficiency. Starting from best quality lumber, upgraded insulation, upgraded windows & doors, optimized attic space and layout, high efficiency appliances & HVAC, solar panels, and more make the thermal and sound efficiency of the homes we build one of the best.
Do You Have Any Other Projects In Progress?
Yes, as of January of 2022 we have 6 current projects, in Granite Bay, Auburn, and Roseville from 5000 to 16000 sqft as well as major land development project in Auburn.
Do you have any current projects I can tour?
Due to the insurance policy and client confidentiality, it requires special arrangements and approvals before we can take you on a tour of one of our current projects.
Can you provide me with references from previous home buyers?
Certainly. We can arrange for you to talk with our previous clients. For us, it’s important to keep relationships with our customers strong, which allows for them to share their experiences with you. References will be provided upon request.
