I am currently looking to modernize my Roseville home. Much of the home is outdated and I need work done on the floors, ceilings, lighting installation, kitchen remodel, closet remodel, expand the space of the master bathroom to hold a jacuzzi tub and resurface my swimming pool as well as include some water features that will make my out door area look more elegant. I had heard about Astra Construction and Design through a friend, but was concerned that their projects would be way out of my price range. Fortunately, I was very pleasantly surprised. I was able to make an appointment as soon as I called with a very friendly and knowledgable gentleman named Pavel (what a wonderfully unique name!). He listened to my ideas and asked further relevant questions about all of my plans, not just the major moneymakers. That instantly made me feel more comfortable with Astra. I understand that every company wants to make money, but I have a hard time with those that do not put customer service first. Pavel shared with me his experience in remodels such as mine and scheduled me for a tour of his current projects for the very same week (he apparently also works on brand new homes, start to finish!). The tour was amazing, the upscale homes Astra is working on are absolutely beautiful and definitely inspiring. It helped me get a better sense of what I want and do not want in my home and also of the kind of work I can expect from Astra. After the tour, I showed Pavel my home and described the things I hoped to change. Since I am on a budget, I liked that he asked which items were top priority for me to get done sooner than later. We discussed a very reasonable timeline for the work and he got back to me with a quote the following day! It was the lowest quote I have received so far and the most detailed. His detailed description of each project showed that he understood what I wanted for my home and, in many cases, he provided lower cost options that I had not thought of. That is always very appreciated. For instance, he explained to me how I can get the look I want for my floor for a much lower price without sacrificing quality. I am eager for the construction to begin and will follow-up with the results!

Astra Design & Construction did an Outstanding job! Construction projects can be super stressful, but Pavel and his team are amazing! They are flexible and communicated with me throughout the whole process. They took the time to understand what was most important to me and delivered incredible results. They were always on time and within budget. I love my home!
